Our Strength
Ramen Nudeln:Our ramen is made with authentic Japanese kansui (alkaline water) and crafted in-house using a recipe developed by a Japanese chef with over 30 years of experience.
Broth:We specialize in chicken broth, chicken biscuit cream broth, and vegetable broth. Especially popular is the 7-hour cooked chicken biscuit cream broth.
Sauce:Our sauces are made with authentic Japanese ingredients and our own original recipes — delivering the true taste of Japan.
